Delivery

 

Order Dispatch :

Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 10am. Orders placed prior to 10am will be dispatched same business day, except in November and December - please see the note below. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.

We charge one shipping rate of $9.95 per order regardless of the number of items in your order or your location in Australia, although some exceptions do apply*.

Once your order is dispatched your will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.

Layby Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the layby being completed.

Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australiawide*.  Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.

We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location. 

The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified. We do recommend that you leave additional time for deliveries made in the pre-Christmas period of October to December as processing times may be longer and some carriers experience delays due to the volume of items shipped during this period.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as a re-shipment fee of $21.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing.

As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. a re-shipment fee of $21.95 will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.

Please note -large items or orders being sent to remote regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. Our Customer Service staff will inform you if your order falls into one of these categories.

The following postcodes may be excluded from our normal shipping rates depending on the physical size of your order. If your delivery falls within these postcodes and delivery by our normal carriers is not possible our Customer Service Team will contact you with shipping rates :
